Despite the indicator the DMU was headed for Mountsorrel.
An interesting line-up of steam on diesel day.
37714 looked impressive but sadly failed and was unable to work.
46521 was in steam - maybe acting as thunderbird should there be a diesel failure!
The new bridge.
The bridge over the canal in need of refurbishment.

It ran through the station and attached to a rake of coaches.
It turned out to be a dining train "The Elizabethan".
