Jubilee class number 45690 "Leander" en route for Shrewsbury with "The Salopian Express". This is the only time I have seen a black Jubilee since 45552 "Silver Jubilee" at Crewe, many, many years ago, then complete with chrome-plated, cab-side numerals.

Tacked on the end was 47580 "County of Essex". 28/03/2015
In the background is the now defunct signal box at Nantwich. There was a move, by a local group, to have the box conserved but I've heard nothing of the scheme in recent months. 28/03/2015
