rail37.com is a photographic site recording
just some of the special and day-to-day events at Crewe Station
and along The North Wales Coast Line. Inspired by Charlie Hulme's
enlightened North
Wales Coast Railway
site and with Charlie's generous assistance, I am, quite simply,
having fun during these years of intense change. Photographs were
initially produced by a Kodak DC280, from December 2001 by a Minolta
Dimage 7, from January 2005 by a Canon EOS 300D and from January
2009 a Canon EOS 5D MkII. The shots are displayed in low definition
to conserve server space.

I promote the 44422 Locomotive Fund of which I have
the privilege to serve on the controlling committee. Similarly I offer no excuses for using the site to openly
promote The
Churnet Valley Railway
the embryo of which I helped to establish in 1971. Well worth
a visit.
